T3 Terms and Conditions


1. Booking and Payment: - The guest must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. - A 50% deposit is required 30 days to arrival to secure the reservation and full payment 7 days to arrival. The company reserves the right to release the reserved spots to other guests if payment is not received on time. 

NB: Permits from Uganda Wildlife Authority require 30% deposit 7 days after the booking date.


2. Cancellation and Refunds: - Guests may cancel their reservation, though cancellation fees may apply. - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the company's refund policy:

- More than 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged

- Between 15 and 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged

- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

*Non-Refundable Services: - Some services, such as permits, park fees, or last-minute flights, may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation period.

The company reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour in exceptional circumstances.


3. Health and Safety: - Guests are advised to check and comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by the company or local authorities. - The company may require guests to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour. 


4. Itinerary and Changes: - The company will provide a detailed itinerary, but it may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. - The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or substitute accommodations, transportation, or activities as necessary. 


5. Liability and Responsibility: - The company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by a third-party provider or force majeure events. - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance. 


6. Confidentiality: - Tugye Tours and Travel shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the client's unauthorized sharing of information with third parties. Please note that these terms and conditions regarding confidentiality are in place to protect the privacy and interests of both the client and Tugye Tours and Travel.
